Every product shipped from Twin Bay is accompanied with Certificate of Compliance. We provide full lot tractability from the
raw materials through finished goods.

Each program is followed by our Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) system. APQP is an interactive approach that includes the customer in every aspect of their program. APQP covers Process Flow, DFEMA, PFEMA, and Control Plans. Our Open Issues approach to program tracking allows an open window for the customer to track their program.

Our employees and staff receive ongoing Quality, Systems, and Safety training every Wednesday. This approach keeps everyone
in the company on the same page.
