Our manufacturing area is where it all comes together. The Concept, Design, Engineering, Tooling, Quality, and Compassion are very evident when you enter our manufacturing area. Over forty-five years of manufacturing expertise and experience are brought
to bear everyday. Our management team gathers every morning to review and establish direction for every new order, order in process, and every program. We review the status of every piece of production equipment and proactively schedule PM to fit
with our production requirements.

Cleanliness and attention to detail in every aspect of manufacturing is governed by strict quality cGMP standards.
All employees are fully gowned head to toe to protect our customer product and the Class 100K environment.
Our strict standards allow zero bio-load to products during the manufacturing process.

Animal Free (ADCF) zone; we segregate all ADCF materials into dedicated equipment. Non-animal free materials
are never allowed to cross ADCF materials in the manufacturing process. Even product storage is isolated for ADCF product.

We update each customer's Kanban daily, this allows both of us to view the same current information.
